This will make the background of your image transparent. Once the image is open in Paint, click on the Image menu and select “Attributes.” In the “Attributes” window, uncheck the “Transparent” box. Once Paint is open, click on the File menu and select “Open.” Find the image you want to use for your wallpaper and click on it to select it. You can find this program by searching for it in the start menu, or by opening the Accessories folder in your Programs list.
